Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 15 January 2026
Last updated: 29 October 2026

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from NEONOW (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Signal Marks & Rights Transfer

Each Signal Mark is acquired by one buyer. It is withdrawn from sale after confirmed payment and will not be sold or licensed by NEONOW to another buyer.

1.1 Assignment of Economic Copyright

The purchase includes assignment of all transferable economic copyright in the specifically acquired Signal Mark and its agreed variations. The assignment is worldwide and lasts for the full term of copyright protection. It is documented in a written transfer agreement identifying the buyer, the design and the order.

Rights pass only after the purchase price has fully cleared and the written transfer agreement has been executed. A reservation, order confirmation or payment receipt alone does not transfer rights.

1.2 Rights Included

The acquired economic rights include commercial use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation and the creation of derivative works. The buyer may use the acquired design across branding, websites, applications, marketing, merchandise, packaging and other media, and may license or transfer the acquired economic rights, subject to applicable law and the written agreement.

1.3 Boundaries

The buyer must not claim to have authored the original design or use materials outside the acquired design without permission. Acquiring a Signal Mark does not transfer the NEONOW name, website, other designs, presentation mockups or third-party materials. Fonts and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

1.4 Trademark & Written Record

The buyer may seek trademark registration for the acquired design, subject to independent clearance and the rules of the relevant trademark office. Copyright transfer does not itself register a trademark or guarantee that a trademark application will succeed.

The written agreement records the precise design, agreed variations, buyer, scope and effective date. Any portfolio or archive display by NEONOW after transfer must be covered by the buyer’s permission; it does not permit resale or licensing of the acquired design.

2. Intellectual Property Outside the Acquisition

NEONOW and the relevant creators retain rights in the website, brand name, unrelated designs, previews, mockups and materials that are not expressly included in the acquisition. Documentation and any optional Deployment Kit assets are supplied for use with the acquired system within their agreed scope.

2.1 Moral Rights

Moral rights remain with the author where they cannot legally be transferred. This does not reduce the economic rights expressly assigned to the buyer.
