System Details

Technical specifications, ownership, and post-acquisition structure.

Is this system 1-of-1?

Yes. Each Signal Mark is acquired by one buyer and withdrawn from sale after confirmed payment. The purchase includes all transferable economic copyright in the acquired design and its agreed variations, worldwide for the full term of protection. Rights pass after cleared payment and execution of the written transfer agreement. Moral rights and third-party font licenses remain separate. Read the rights-transfer terms.

What happens after acquisition?

You receive vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG), PNG exports, and system documentation.

Typography is refined to your name.
Color direction is aligned during transfer.

Can the mark be modified?

The structure of the mark is fixed.

Typography and color direction are adaptable.

Structural changes require a custom system.

Why are some systems archived?

The Archive records all acquired systems.

It exists to confirm exclusivity.
Archived systems are no longer available.

Is this suitable for early-stage ideas?

Only if the direction is clear.

These systems are not exploratory tools.
They are starting points for committed products.
